In Bulk Drug, API and pharmaceutical industries effluent generated having high TDS and COD, Solvent present in the effluent will be stripped out by indirect heating. After removal of solvent the effluent feed to the evaporator where the effluent is concentrated. Concentrated Effluent will feed to the Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD). Solvent recovered can be sent to safe disposal or paint industries. Zero Liquid Discharge System (ZLD) will be achieved by adopting these 3 unit operation.
